| Last week, there was a carnival near our house. I just had to stop by and get myself some fried Oreos, funnel cake, and deep fried Pepsi to wash it down. Yum! Don't worry Mom, it wasn't all junk food. I had some deep fried veggies too! Oh, and I shot a few video clips between bites. |

What a beautiful evening filled with family, friends, snow, love, and cookies! Jon and Susanna are finally married...the wedding was gorgeous, the couple was perfect and the snow made everything so pretty.

| Our church had a carnival-themed Christmas party for the high school kids, so we volunteered to help out. There were all kinds of carnival games to play and, if you won enough tickets, you could trade them in for a chance to throw a pie at a leader or put a leader in the dunk tank. |

| Community Group Beach Weekend |
| This weekend we headed to Bethany Beach to hang out with our community group. Here's the whole gang: |

| As you can see from the photos and video, Jon and Amy talked a big game but Brock and Jessica won it all! After that, we played a round of bowling and Becca and Danielle won with a combined score of 292. |

| Miriam’s Going Away Party |
| Our friend Miriam is headed to South Africa for a couple years so some friends got together at our place to throw her a going away party. You can keep track of her travels on her website. She was already planning to come over, but we all yelled "surprise" when she walked in anyway. |
| We started out with some snacks and the boys beat the girls at Password. |
| Next we went head-to-head in Stumblebum, a game that's like charades except you roll a die and get a "handicap" for the round (hand on head, stand on one foot, cover eyes, etc). The girls won this one... |
| Next we played some 4-player Wii Tennis and it got pretty intense! |
